8 1-ounce Organic Grass Fed Italian Meatballs
Ingredients: Trick’s Creek Farm organic grass fed beef, organic oats, Lynn River Farm organic onions, local garlic, Lynn River Farm free range eggs, Parmesan, Lynn River Farm house-made ketchup, parsley, sea salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning
Instructions: Remove from packaging and thaw on a tray in the fridge. Preheat oven t0 400F. Bake approx 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
From Huron County, the cattle are offered pasture or hay for their entire lives. They are offered salt blocks with trace minerals. Forage (grass/hay), water and salt – simple appropriate ruminant diet. They are not offered or given grain, implants or ionophores. Antibiotics are used only when necessary. Systemic dewormers are not used. These are not corn fed feedlot creatures. The cattle sent for processing and sold to customers are typically not more than 30 months old. They are entirely finished on grass.
