Our grass fed & grass finished T-bone steak comes with the bone in and is a combination of the fillet and tasty sirloin. Its marbling helps keep it moist during cooking. We recommend cooking in a griddle or frying pan and keeping it simple with an oil, salt and pepper rub. Be sure to rest your steak for at least half the cooking time to allow it to relax. Dry aged for perfect flavour and tenderness.
