A great alternative from our regular pork bacon, turkey bacon offers everything a bacon lover wants with a twist. It’s lean, crispy and delicious in a BLM or just on it’s own. This bacon tastes like more.
Ingredients: Turkey, water, salt, sugar, potato starch, sodium phosphate, natural and artificial flavour, sodium ascorbate (Vitamin C), smoke flavour, sodium nitrite, smoke.
Cooking Directions: Thaw before use. Pan-Fry: Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium-high heat. Place slices in frying pan and cook for 7-10 minutes, flipping once. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place strips of bacon in a single layer on sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once.
