Orders will renew automatically, but you can pause or cancel at any time. A regular fridge freezer is big enough to hold the small and medium box.

Yes you can! You can do that through the ‘my account’ section and click on ‘subscriptions’. Here you can manage your subscription including changing your box selection. Read the instructions on how to change your box.

We believe that loyal customers should be rewarded, that’s why we reward them with loyalty COINS. These are simply discounts that can be used to get a discount on your next order or to save up for a free box. The loyalty COINS are equal to our in-store COIN currency.
You can build your own bulk order in the bulk order section. Increments are 10lbs per product but the packages are still packed just like our box service. The bulk order boxes are and fit perfectly in all freezer types.
Due to the order size of bulk, we cannot ship them by carrier so we use temperature controlled delivery trucks. Delivery is free in South Western Ontario, GTA, Ottawa and 401 corridors. Outside of these areas we can still deliver as well but might have to add a delivery fee. Not sure if bulk orders are free or available in your area? Send us an email at support@papaearth.ca
Our bulk orders are priced extremely competitive and a great way for families to save money. Delivery is free as long as your order is $1250 or over. If you prefer to make installments instead of paying up front? This is possible as well; send us an email and we can set you up.
Please be aware that discount codes we promote for our box service are not valid for bulk orders, our bulk orders are bottom prices.
