Approx. 2.5-3lb roast
This roast is perfect for a nice family dinner. Cut from the loin, this joint has been boned and rolled for ease of carving. You only need to pop it in to the oven for 15-20 minutes on 200C for a medium finish, or 20 minutes if you prefer it slightly more well done.
Our pork is vegetarian fed, free from animal by-products, which includes grains such as, barley, wheat, corn, rye and canola resulting in a generous marbled product. Raised without the use of antibiotics and free from added hormones.
