    Pork tenderloin is the leanest pork cut available. It’s really easy to cook, just score the top of the meat and sear in a pre-heated oven at 220C before lowering the temperature and letting it cook through for a further 15 minutes. As it’s so lean, be careful not to over-cook as it will dry out.

    Our pork is vegetarian fed, free from animal by-products, which includes grains such as, barley, wheat, corn, rye and canola resulting in a generous marbled product. Raised without the use of antibiotics and free from added hormones.
