Wild Caught Sea Scallops
INGREDIENTS: Sea Scallops
Tender and white meat. Great in a hot pan and some oil. Scallops have a high smoking point so grapeseed oil would be preferred. Brown them till they reach a light brown caramel colour. Approximately 4 minutes per side. Enjoy!
