This exciting teriyaki chicken recipe will be added to your weekly meals! Super simple recipe that requires regular pantry items. This Asian inspired chicken thigh recipe turns out flavorful, flaky and juicy. Finished with sesame seeds, green onions and drizzled with our signature Sweet ‘N’ heat Honey Drizzle!

Ingredients

Marinade:

Garnish: 

  • Sliced Green Onions
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Any JD Food Co. Hot Sauce

Instructions

Marinade:

  1. In a stainless-steel bowl whisk together Sweet ‘N’ Heat Honey Drizzle, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger and minced garlic cloves until fully incorporated.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a rectangle glass dish and pour over marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinade overnight in the fridge.

Baking: 

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Place chicken on baking sheet with no excess marinade. Reserve remaining marinade in a bowl.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, remove from oven and pour remaining marinade over the chicken thighs. Place back in oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken thighs once internal temperature reaches 165F.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Barbeque:

  1. Chicken thighs will need about 12-15 minutes on medium-high heat. Pour on excess marinade on the last 5 minutes. Remove chicken thighs once internal temperature reaches 165F Garnish:
  2. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
