Our Papa Earth halibut is sourced from From Nova Scotia. It is mild, sweet tasting, lean and white flesh, large flakes, firm but still tender texture. Be careful to not overcook it because of its leanness it’s easy to dry out when overcooked. Try it out in our meat and fish delivery service from Papa Earth.
